The Phase One Auto Extension Rings are available for hire and support all Phase One, Schneider Kreuznach, and Mamiya lenses. The electronic contact set ensures auto aperture functionality on lenses which feature this. When hired or rented and attached via an Auto Extension Ring, all lenses operate as manual focus, and they are limited to manual focus and focal plane shutter use. Renting these extension rings ensures practically no light intensity degradation, and there is no optical dispersion since no glass elements are added with the Auto Extension Rings.
